Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Marlow Home. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

1. Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 48 hours. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

Under normal circumstances we aim for standard shipping to arrive within:

  • Same state: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Marlow Home ships domestically - anywhere in Australia


 4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 48 hours for processing. Delivery times and costs are outlined below, and are estimates only, commencing from the date of shipment - not date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within a timely manner. 

Free delivery on orders $120+, otherwise $10 for standard shipping, and $15 for express shipping

 5. Please note:

a. Business days refer to Monday - Friday, except holidays. 
b. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
c. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and items ordered.
